1. Who we are

This website, lukelyworld.com, is run by Lukely World LLC, a California limited liability company (“Lukely World”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

2. A site for grown-ups

Lukely World makes coloring books and printables that adults enjoy with children. This website itself is written for and directed to parents, caregivers, teachers and gift-givers who are 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we ask that children not use it or send us any information.

3. Children’s privacy (COPPA)

We follow the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under 13. The site has no accounts, comments, chat, games, uploads, contests or other features that ask children for information.

If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has sent us information, please contact us at [LUKELY-ONLY CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it.

4. What we collect today

Nothing through forms. Our “Join the list” form is not connected to any email service yet. When you press the button, nothing is sent to us or saved.

No cookies or tracking. We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plug-ins. Our fonts and images are hosted on our own site, so visiting doesn’t send your information to font or ad companies.

Basic technical logs from our web host. Like every website, our hosting provider, [WEB HOST, e.g. Cloudflare Pages], automatically processes basic technical information so the site can load and stay secure: for example your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We don’t use this to identify you or build profiles. The host’s own privacy policy covers how it handles this data.

5. Our email list (when it opens)

When our list opens, adults who choose to sign up will give us their email address (and, if they like, a first name). We will:

• use it only to send Lukely World news, such as new books and printables;
• send a confirmation email first, so no one is signed up without saying yes;
• include an unsubscribe link in every email and honor it promptly;
• store the list with our email service provider, [EMAIL PROVIDER, once chosen], which handles it for us and may not use it for its own purposes.

We will update this policy, including the provider’s name, before the list opens.

6. Buying our products

Our products are sold through other companies, such as Amazon (paperback books) and Etsy (printable downloads). When you buy there, that company collects your payment and order details under its own privacy policy. We don’t see your payment card details. Etsy shares some order details with sellers, such as your name and email address. If you buy from us on Etsy, we use those details only to handle your order and answer your questions.

7. How we use and share information

We use the small amount of information we receive only to run this website, answer messages, handle orders and (once it opens) send the email list you asked for. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share information only with service providers that work for us (such as our web host and email provider), or when the law requires it.

8. Your choices and California rights

• Access, correction and deletion. Wherever you live, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [LUKELY-ONLY CONTACT EMAIL]. We’ll answer within 45 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don’t track visitors across websites, so there is nothing to switch off. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing anyway.
• California “Shine the Light”. We don’t share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

9. Security and how long we keep things

We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for the whole site. We keep email addresses only until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and order details only as long as needed for the order, taxes and our legal records.

10. Links to other sites

Our site links to stores such as Amazon and Etsy. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, such as before our email list opens, we’ll make it clear on this page.
