1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Lukely World LLC, a California limited liability company (“Lukely World”, “we”, “us”). By using lukelyworld.com you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. This site is for grown-ups

You must be 18 or older to use this website or join our email list. Our books and printables are meant to be enjoyed by children with a grown-up. The website itself is for adults.

3. Our content and trademarks

Everything on this site, including the Lukely and Bear characters, drawings, text, page designs and logos, belongs to Lukely World LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Lukely™ and Lukely World™ are trademarks of Lukely World LLC. Please don’t copy, change, sell or reuse our content or characters without our written permission. Sharing a link to our site is always welcome.

4. Printables: personal-use license

When you buy a Lukely World printable, you get a personal license to print it as often as you like for your own family, or for one classroom. Please don’t resell the files or printed pages, share the files, upload them to other sites or post the pages online. All other rights stay with Lukely World LLC. The listing for each printable may include more details. If it does, those details also apply.

5. Buying through other stores

We sell through other companies, such as Amazon and Etsy. Those purchases, including payment, delivery, refunds and returns, follow that store’s own terms and policies.

6. “Coming soon” information

Product details, pictures, word lists, release timing and availability shown on this site may change before release. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices and availability are shown on the store where a product is sold.

7. For fun and family time, not professional advice

Our books and printables are creative activities for families. They are not medical, speech, developmental or educational advice or therapy, and they aren’t meant to diagnose, treat or measure anything. Every child is different. If you have questions about your child’s development, please talk with your pediatrician or another qualified professional.

8. Safety and supervision

Please supervise young children during coloring and craft time. Follow the age label on each product and the instructions that come with your crayons, markers and other supplies. Paper and art supplies aren’t for mouths.

9. Using the site fairly

Please don’t misuse the site. That means no attempts to break or overload it, no collecting content or information from it with automated tools, no signing up other people without their permission, and nothing unlawful.

10. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as stores. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lukely World LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
